The frequency inverter is composed of many electronic parts, and the replacement of certain related parts is involved in the use and maintenance. Therefore, in order to prevent maintenance, the following 5 major parts must be replaced regularly. Let’s learn more with the inverter manufacturer LINGSHIDA!
1. Replace the relay/contactor
After the relays and contactors have accumulated to a certain number of switching times, poor contact is prone to occur, which requires inspection and replacement.
2. Replace the capacitor
A large-capacity electrolytic capacitor is used in the intermediate DC circuit, and its performance will be degraded due to factors such as pulse current. Deterioration is greatly affected by the surrounding temperature and use conditions. Generally, the use period is about 5 years. The deterioration of the capacitor develops rapidly after a certain period of time, so the longest inspection period is one year.
3. Replace the fuse
The rated current of the fuse is greater than the load current. Under normal conditions of use, the life span is about 10 years. It needs to be inspected, maintained or even replaced within this time.
4. Replace the timer
After the timer has been used for several years, the operating time will change greatly, so replace it after checking the operating time.
5. Replace the cooling fan
The cooling fan of the semiconductor device in the main circuit of the inverter accelerates the heat dissipation to ensure normal operation below the allowable temperature. The life of the cooling fan is limited by the bearing, which is about 10,000 to 35,000 hours. When the inverter is running continuously, the fan or bearing needs to be replaced after a few years. The replacement period of the cooling fan is greatly affected by the surrounding temperature. If an abnormal sound or abnormal vibration is found during the inspection, the cooling fan must be replaced immediately.
Lingshida’s high-performance vector inverter quality brand electrical components are all made of industrial grade materials. The production process strictly implements the quality management system and adopts the entire process to control all links in the supply chain. . A standardized factory building of 6000 square meters, with three intelligent production lines, and a dedicated laboratory equipped with a full set of test lines, simulates various harsh environments and is close to actual combat needs.
