Product Introduction
LSD-H7000 series frequency inverter is a special water pump inverter, mainly used in equipment occasions that require automatic constant pressure function (such as fans, pumps, etc.). After the related equipment is equipped with this series of inverters and the required pressure is set. If the pressure exceeds the set value, the inverter will start to decelerate. When the pressure is constant within the set range, the inverter will control the air compressor or water pump motor to automatically adjust the speed. The equipment used can achieve the best energy-saving effect under the condition of basically unchanged pressure. If it runs at the set pressure value for a long time, it will automatically stop, and automatically start when the pressure is lower than the set lower limit threshold, which simplifies human operation to the greatest extent and saves worry and effort.

Product Application
According to the current working status of the air compressor and water pump, if the pressure reaches the preset value, the motor will run after unloading, which will generate unnecessary electricity demand and waste electric energy. After installing the frequency converter, and setting the required pressure, if the pressure exceeds the set value, the frequency converter starts to decelerate, to make the pressure be constant within the set range. The frequency converter controls the air compressor or water pump motor to automatically adjust the speed, so that the equipment used can achieve the best energy-saving effect under the condition that the pressure is basically unchanged. If it runs at the set pressure value for a long time, it will automatically stop. And when the pressure is lower than the set lower limit threshold, it will automatically start.
Product Technical Features
1. It adopts 32-bit motor dedicated CPU, which has high-precision frequency output, and the resolution reaches 0.01Hz.
2. Built-in RS485 communication interface, and comes with simple PLC and PID control functions.
3. It has the functions of torque compensation and dead zone compensation.
4. With automatic voltage adjustment, frequency tracking starts when instantaneous stop.
5. With multiple fault protection functions in conditions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, low temperature, overcurrent, overload, lack and etc.
6. The carrier frequency is adjustable. It will run silently when the carrier frequency is up to 16KHz.
7. Low-speed rated torque output is 0.2Hz, and 150% rated torque can be output at startup.
8. Built-in pressure display screen, online setting and detection of pressure, convenient and more intuitive.
9. With built-in pressure transmitter, it can realize constant pressure transformation without adding any device.
10. All data has been debugged before leaving the factory, making installation easier and operation more convenient.
